At Mitchabout + Co, every order is prepared with care. Please review the information below for processing times, shipping, tracking, and local pickup.

Processing Times

In-stock products typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Please allow at least 5–7 business days for handcrafted custom projects. Because these pieces are created individually, some projects may require additional time depending on their size, materials, and design details. We will keep you informed throughout the process and notify you when your order is complete.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Domestic Shipping

Mitchabout + Co currently ships within the United States only. Orders are shipped using UPS or USPS, depending on the carrier you choose at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been accepted by UPS or USPS, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Mitchabout + Co is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, please contact us and we will assist with available carrier information whenever possible.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Prosper, Texas.

When your order is complete and ready for pickup, you will receive an email containing the exact pickup address and instructions. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to collect your order.
