If we’ve made an error or your item arrives with a defect, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items, as each piece is created specifically for you.

Before placing your order, please carefully review all personalization details, spelling, dates, and design selections. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed.
