What is your turnaround time?
Each item is thoughtfully crafted to order. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, and often sooner. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may vary to ensure the quality and care each piece receives.
Will you ship my order to my client?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States via UPS and tracking will be provided. Orders can ship directly to your client's new home or to your office if you prefer.
How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed via our website. Simply select your product, add any personalization and continue to checkout.
Can I order multiple closing gifts in one order?
Yes, if all items in the order are going to the same address. (Ex: your office)
If you are sending directly to clients, please enter each order separately with the corresponding shipping address.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping, however, some of our items are packaged in a ready to gift box and packaging for luxury presentation.
I'd like my gift to be shipped directly to my client. May I include a note?
Yes! We will happily print out your gift message and include with your gift. A gift note can be entered at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We are located in Prosper, Texas. Exact location will be provided when your order is ready for pickup.
Can you add our company logo to the product?
Our products are intentionally designed to remain timeless, elegant, and gift-focused — which is why we do not add visible company branding to our pieces.
However, if you would like your brand included, we can engrave your logo discreetly on the back of the board upon request. Simply provide your logo file (preferably a high-resolution PNG, SVG, or vector file), and our team will review it for engraving compatibility.
